FeedbackCert provides a fully functional, 14-day free trial on our platform so that organizational stakeholders can test our vector generation, data analytics, and automation triggers without financial risk. Because of this evaluation period, our refund parameters are strictly defined to protect our computational resources while remaining fair to clients.

02The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee strictly for first-time paid subscriptions. If you convert to a paid plan and determine the software does not align with your technical requirements, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your exact initial payment date.

03Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios

To prevent exploitation of automated vector-rendering and bandwidth costs, refunds are strictly denied under the following conditions:

  • Subscription Renewals: Our model relies on recurring monthly/annual subscriptions that auto-renew. We do not issue refunds for charges incurred due to a failure to cancel an account prior to the automated renewal date.
  • Post-Guarantee Remorse: Requests submitted after the 30-day initial purchase timeline has elapsed.
  • Partial Usage / Downgrades: We do not provide prorated refunds or account credits for mid-cycle cancellations or downgrades. Your premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • Enforcement Suspensions: Accounts terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., issuing fraudulent certificates, phishing, spam) forfeit all rights to a refund.

04Exceptions and Technical Failures

We may, at our absolute discretion, issue full or prorated refunds under the following material edge cases:

  • Duplicate Billing Errors: Direct, verifiable errors on the part of our system or our Merchant of Record resulting in multiple simultaneous charges.
  • Catastrophic Service Disruption: Technical platform downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours directly caused by our infrastructure, completely preventing core certification workflows.

05Resolution and Processing Workflow

All billing and refund operations are facilitated through Paddle.com.

  • Request Initiation: Email support@feedbackcert.com providing your account email, the date of purchase, and the specific reason for requesting a refund.
  • Assessment: Our operations team evaluates the request against our system logs to audit usage and verify guarantee timelines. We typically finalize assessments within 48 business hours.
  • Fund Settlement: Approved refunds are routed immediately back to the original payment method. Settlement timelines are dictated by downstream banks and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

06Chargebacks and Financial Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact support@feedbackcert.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior communication are treated as a breach of trust and may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your FeedbackCert account and related data.
