These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FeedbackCert platform ("we," "us," or "our"), a SaaS credentialing and analytics infrastructure available at feedbackcert.com. By registering an account or executing a transaction, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
FeedbackCert provides software tools that allow organizations to collect survey responses and automatically generate, deliver, and verify digital certificates. We provide the infrastructure; we are not an accrediting body, educational institution, or regulatory authority.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to initiate a subscription. You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to assume all liability for any activities, data imports, or certificate generation that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us at support@feedbackcert.com of any unauthorized access.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for credential fraud and network abuse. You explicitly agree not to:
FeedbackCert reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts—without notice or refund—that engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the authorized Merchant of Record for all orders, handling payment processing, billing compliance, and applicable global taxation (VAT/GST).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeedbackCert is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or organizational reputation) arising from platform downtime, unauthorized credential issuance by users, or email deliverability failures. Under no circumstances shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any irreconcilable dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any rights to participate in a class-action lawsuit against FeedbackCert.
